The truth is that if you enter the United States legally through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, and you meet all the requirements, you have the possibility of obtaining your green card. Please note that obtaining your green card by opening a business in the United States does not come automatically, you will be required to fulfill certain requirements and conditions before you can be issued a green card.
